How do I request a replacement return label for my refill box?

Misplaced your prepaid label? Follow these steps to get a replacement label for your refill box.

To request a replacement return label: 

  1. Log in to your Soda Sense account here.
  2. Enter your login credentials.
  3. Once you’re logged in, click the Email me a replacement label button on the left-hand side of the screen. 
  4. When the on-page pop-up appears, click Send me a new label, and a new label will be emailed to you—ready to print.
