How do I request a replacement refill box?

Lost or damaged your Refill Box? Follow these steps to receive a free replacement box. 

To request a replacement refill box: 

  1. Log in to your Soda Sense account here
  2. Enter your login credentials. 
  3. Once you’re logged in, click the Request a replacement box button on the left-hand side of the screen. 
  4. When the on-page pop-up appears, click Send me a new box and a new refill box will be sent to your shipping address!
